This 3 stars private accommodation made up of different units in size and style but still all comfortable and suitable for every pocket. 

The ground floor comprises of two 2-bedroom apartments.

AP1 for 4+2 people consists of a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a sofa bed which can be used as an extra sleeping place for 2 people, a hallway where on the left there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a small ensuite shower room, and futher a separate shower room.

AP2 for 4+1 people consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a sofa bed which can be used as an extra sleeping place for an extra person, 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room.

This apartment also features air conditioning, a sat TV and a washing machine.

Beside, on the ground floor, there is a large shared half-covered terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. This terrace is on disposal for the two ground floor apartments.

AP3 for 4+2 people is set over the half top floor (attic) and consists of 2 double bedrooms, a shower room, an open klan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a pull out sofa bed capacity for 2 and a terrace with breathtaking view over the old town Cavtat and great part of Dubrovnik riviera and Dubrovnik old town in the distance.

This apartment comes with air condining, a sat TV and a washing machine.

AP4 is studio apartment for 2+1 situated in a separate room behind the house consisting of a double bed with a kitchenette/diner/lounge area with a pull out sofa for extra person attached and a shower room.

This apartment is equipped with an air conditioning and a sat TV.

Price includes: tourist taxes, all overhead expences, bed linen and towels, baby cot and transfer from/to airport.

CAVTAT INFORMATION

Cavtat is a peaceful small town with a beautiful promenade, surrounded by hills, blue sea, rocky and pebble beaches and green woods, where more than 20 restaurants and numerous coffee bars can be found. There are some grocery stores in the area, and 2 km from the town centre there is a bigger supermarket. The place also has a small market place with home-made products, and a fishmonger with fresh seafood. Both of those are only open early in the morning, from 07:00.

Cavtat is the main town of the Konavle region, an area known for its particular natural beauty.

An hourly boat service operates to Dubrovnik from Cavtat from April till October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town and the journey time is approx. 30-40 minutes. Last boat back is around midnight. Please chek locally. Bus Cavtat-Dubrovnik old town leaves  hourly.

The vicinity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro is also one of the main advantages to spend a holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera.

We warmly recommend you to visit Cavtat, during low season as well. Escaping the usual tourist crowds has its benefits; you can enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate, and at the same time experience the perfect peace and quiet of Cavtat.
